About SinoLine
Is SinoLine only a freight company?
No. SinoLine is a commercial intermediary and sourcing and import-management company from initial brief to client warehouse. We also offer air and sea door-to-door and international express shipping for commercial cargo.
How do I request product pricing?
First open a new request file through the SinoLine online store. The team then reviews the product, specifications and quantity before sourcing and pricing begin.
Sourcing and inspection
How does the sourcing journey begin?
We start with product specifications, quantity and budget, then source, compare and connect you with the supplier on WeChat. Once products are selected, we manage verification, negotiation, contracts, production, inspection and shipping.
When is inspection recommended?
Before paying the factory balance and before shipment. For sensitive products or large orders, we may also recommend inspection during production.
Is an inspection report an absolute guarantee?
No. The report documents what was inspected within the agreed sample and criteria and supports an informed professional decision.
Shipping and documents
How do I get a freight quote?
Download the shipment form, ask the factory to enter final dimensions and weights, then upload it on the shipping-quote page and select air, sea or express shipping.
Can I request only a full-container booking?
20FT and 40HQ full-container booking is reserved for sourcing and managed-import clients. The standalone shipping service covers air and sea door-to-door and express shipping.
What is the difference between EXW and FOB?
Under EXW, collection is arranged from the factory door. Under FOB, the factory delivers to the port, completes export clearance and loads the goods onto the vessel. The quote explains what each option includes before approval.
When are freight rates updated?
Freight rates are updated every Tuesday and reconfirmed at booking according to route, cargo type and readiness date.
How do I track my ocean shipment?
Open the shipment-tracking page. Track a vessel using its English name, IMO or MMSI; track a container using its container, B/L or booking number and select the shipping line.
Do you help with SABER and customs clearance?
We coordinate requirements and documents with the relevant specialists according to product classification and shipment route.
