What does sourcing and managed import include?

Five clear service groups instead of presenting every step as a separate service. The final scope is documented in the proposal and contract according to the product and quantity.

Supplier sourcing and direct connection

We turn your requirement into a clear brief, source suitable suppliers and connect you directly through WeChat to review products and details.

Negotiation, contracting and payment

After you select the product, we negotiate the commercial terms, confirm the offer and formalise the contractual relationship between the parties.

Purchase contract with the factory or supplier
Payment in Saudi Arabia or China, as specified in the contract

Production and inspection before final payment

We pay the factory under the agreed terms, monitor production and arrange an independent inspection before final payment and shipment.

Shipping and export documents

Once the goods are approved, we arrange the route that best fits the cargo size, budget and required timeline.
